By completing this Basic Course, you will receive a 10% insurance discount for 3 years and a 3-point credit on your Delaware DMV driving record. The discount will be applied to the total premiums for bodily injury liability coverage, property damage liability coverage, and personal injury protection coverage. To take advantage of the full 10% insurance discount, all drivers named on the insurance policy need to complete this course. If you have someone else on the policy, make sure you also have him or her complete this course on our website. 

After you have completed a Basic Course, you’ll be eligible to take a Refresher Course every 3 years on our website. The refresher course will provide a 15% insurance discount for 3 years and a renewal of the 3-point credit on your Delaware DMV driving record.
