A ripoff. Quoted me $147 more a month than I am currently paying through Geico and he said he knows he was saving me money when he called me. Uh no. People do yourselves a favor. Apply for insurance online through Geico, progressive, State Farm etc. I promise you won't regret it. Instead of going through 2nd and 3rd party. Go directly to the company (makes sense now that your thinking about it)

Chris Webb immediately saved me over $4000/year when I switched my auto insurance to me. I know, it sounds crazy, but that's what he was able to do. Driving in Delaware is expensive enough without paying too much for insurance. I would highly recommend you consult with Chris about your insurance. Also, I've known him for over 40 years. Chris Webb is an amazing guy. He really understands both personal and business insurance needs. His goal is more about getting you need and can afford, if he cant he refers you to someone that would provide a better rate.
